Here you can specify settings that customise GeoAze, such as the style, animation of wrong answers, and sound effects. The settings made here get saved when you exit GeoAze and will be loaded automatically the next time the game starts.

Style

GeoAze has a new Style Engine which allows you to specify any of the styles listed here, such as :

Select a new style and watch GeoAze adopt the new look and feel

Language

Here you can choose the language that you would like GeoAze to use.

Flash Incorrect Answers

Normally when a player gets a question wrong, the button on the map they should have clicked turns red, so that the player immediately learns from their mistake, and is less likely to make the same mistake again.

If this box is checked the button is also animated (it flashes) to make it even easier to see.

Use Sound Effects

If this box is checked GeoAze will play various sounds at certain points in the game (e.g. when they get a question right/wrong) to add the the player's enjoyment of the game.

Note: You will only be able to hear these sounds if your computer is capable of playing sounds i.e. has a sound card and speakers which are correctly installed.
